Petition under Section 439 (1) b of Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to relax the below conditions imposed in CRLMP No.74 of 2021 order dated.09.04.2021 in Crime No.3 of 2021 registered at Ramayampet Police Station, Medak by Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Medak. a) To appear before the SHO, Police Station Ramayampet, on every Saturday between 09.00 AM and 05.00 PIV till filing of charge sheet or till three months, whichever is earlier and b) Shall not leave lndia without prior permission of this Court and that he shall deposit his passport before this Court forthwith. and direct the Learned Magistrate to return the passport in the interest of Justice.

This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of / Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Venkata Mohana Rao Pathakota, Advocate for the Petitioner and the Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent No.1 and of the Respondent No.2 not appearing in person or by Advocate.

THE HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.4549 of 2O2L ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 439(1)(b) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner seeking this Hon'ble Court to relax the bail conditions imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Medak Disrict, vide order dated O9.O4.2O21 passed in Crl.M.P.No.74 of 2O2l in Crime No.3 of 202t.

As submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the lst respondent-State that since the charge sheet has alredy been filed by the Police in the aforesaid case on 14.06.2021 , the present Criminal Petition becomes infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Peittion is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
