THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 188 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is being taken up for hearing at the admission stage itself. 2.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent Nos.3 and 4 in considering the request of the petitioner seeking mutation of the revenue records and also to issue pattadar pass book and title deeds in his favour in respect of the lands in Survey Nos.368/ 1, 5, 6, 7, 369/ 5, 371/ 3, 372/ 1,2,3,4,5,6 and 7 admeasuring total extent of Acs.19.06 cents of Chadalla Gram Panchayath, Melupatla Village fields, Punganur Mandal, Chittoor District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that though the petitioner stated in the affidavit that he filed an application, but no proof of providing it in Mee-Seva has been placed on record. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted an application through Mee-Seva only. 5.

Having regard to the above submissions, if the application is submitted by the petitioner through Mee-Seva and if necessary charges are paid, respondent-authorities shall pass appropriate orders on the application said to have been made by the petitioner for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed in respect of the lands in Survey Nos.368/ 1, 5, 6, 7, 369/ 5, 371/ 3, 372/ 1,2,3,4,5,6 and 7 admeasuring total extent of Acs.19.06 cents of Chadalla Gram Panchayath, Melupatla Village

fields, Punganur Mandal, Chittoor District, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 6.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 7.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
