THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL CRIMINAL PETITION NO.12001 OF 2016 ORDER:

The Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Crime No.56 of 2016 of P.S. Jannaram, Adilabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 270, 273 and 188 IPC.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/accused No.1 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner requested to direct the concerned to release the property seized in the above said crime. In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner/accused to file an appropriate application before the jurisdictional Magistrate before whom the seized property has been deposited or intimation thereof is given. Learned Magistrate concerned is directed to dispose of the application so filed expeditiously on usual terms.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
