HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE J. UMA DEVI Writ Petition No.9817 of 2017 ORDER: (V. Ramasubramanian, J) The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition challenging a Notice of Assessment issued under Form VAT 305A.

2. Heard Mr. Rizwan Ali, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Shaik Jeelani Basha, learned standing counsel for the Commercial Tax (A.P.).

3. During the pendency of the above writ petition, the respondent proceeded with the enquiry. On 24-03-2017, the petitioner as well as his authorized representative appeared and agreed to produce records before 30-03-2017. But records were not produced. Therefore, an Order of Assessment has already been passed. Hence, the writ petition has become infructuous and it is dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioner to workout his remedies as against the order of assessment, in accordance with law. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
