Heard counsel for the petitioner, the Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj appearing for 1st respondent, and Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent.

Petitioner assails proceedings dt.07.12.2015 issued by the 2nd respondent suspending the petitioner from service pending enquiry and also framing certain charges against the petitioner. Petitioner contends that he had given explanation on 21.12.2015 to the 2nd respondent but till date no enquiry has been conducted by the 2nd respondent.

Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent states that the 2nd respondent will complete the enquiry into the charges framed against the petitioner within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicates his decision thereon to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry into the charges framed against the petitioner, in compliance with the principles of natural justice, within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy

of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
