Since the petitioners have an affective alternative remedy of approaching the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal against the impugned order dt.10.05.2019 passed by the Debt Recovery Tribunal-II, Hyderabad in OA.No.3947 of 2017, granting liberty to the petitioners to avail the said remedy, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
