HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.9654 of 2018 O R D E R :

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not evaluating the petitioner's OMR answer sheets for the post of Forest Range Officer following the Notification No.46/2017, dated 15.08.2017, with Hall Ticket No.4661103801, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents to evaluate the petitioner's OMR answer sheets and consider for the post of FRO following the Notification No.46/2017, dated 15.08.2017 as per merit.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner who submits that the grievance of the petitioner is pending by way of representation dated 21.03.2018, but the same are not being disposed of. He also submits that this Court in similar circumstances allowed WP.Nos.26845/2017 and batch by order dated 30.11.2017.

Heard Sri D.Balakishan Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be direction to the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 21.03.2018, in terms of judgment in WP.No.26845 of and Batch,

dated 30-11-2017 and take action, accordingly, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
