THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.33671 OF 2016 ORDER :

When the matter is called learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing counsel for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, submits that the subject matter of the writ petition is covered by the decision of this Court in W.P.No.25188 of 2016 dated 01.08.2016. 2.

In the said writ petition, this Court directed to consider and pass orders on the petitioners' applications submitted for regularization.

Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the applications stated to have been submitted by the petitioners relating to Sy.No.4P, 5P and 6P of Guttala Begumpet Village, Serlingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District in accordance with the Rules framed in G.O.Ms.No.151 dated 02.11.2015 and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and communicate the decision thereon to the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
