Heard.
The petitioner alleges that respondents 2 and 3 are interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioner and respondent No.4 in respect of Kalyana Mandapam situated in Survey No.804/1 of Madakalavaripalli Village, Gopavaram Mandal, Y.S.R. Kadapa District.
The instructions of learned Government Pleader for Home, however, show that on the petitioner's private complaint before the Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Badvel, Y.S.R. Kadapa, Crime No.95 of 2015 is registered against respondent No.4 and five others, who also filed a private complaint and as per the orders of the Court, Crime No.96 of 2015 is registered against the petitioner and others. It is stated that during the course of investigation of the said crimes, the respondent Police visited the Kalyana Mandapam, but the allegation that there is interference or harassment by respondents 2 and 3 is denied. It is specifically stated that respondent Police never interfered with the property of the petitioner and they are not interested in dispossessing the petitioner from the property in question.
It is also stated that the respondent Police are only concerned with the investigation of crime and during investigation, it is revealed that O.S.No.22 of 2015 is pending between the parties before the Principal District Judge, Kadapa. In view of the aforesaid statement that the respondent Police are only concerned with the aforesaid crime and they are not in any way concerned with the civil dispute between the petitioner and respondent No.4, no direction is called for. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. ____________________________ VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR, J
