THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.26276 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- "to issue an order, direction or writ more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in issuing the notification dated 22-07-2017 for filling up of Watch & Ward vacancies in Telangana without considering the petitioners case for regularization in pursuance of Circular dated 17.05.2013 as wholly illegal, arbitrary and unjust and consequently direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners for appointment in the vacancies of Watch & Ward pursuant vacancies notified in the Notification dated 22.07.2017."

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners requested the Court to direct the respondents herein to consider the case of the petitioners for appointment to the Security, Watch and Ward posts notified in the notification, dated 22.07.2017, in pursuance of the circular, dated 17.05.2013, of the respondent Corporation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents are hereby directed to consider the case of the petitioners for appointment to the Security, Watch and Ward posts notified in the notification, dated 22.07.2017, in pursuance of the circular, dated 17.05.2013, of the respondent Corporation, as expeditiously as possible.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
