ORDER

Challenging the inaction of respondent No.3 in registering the complaint given by the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, based on the written instructions, submits that the complaint lodged by the petitioner was registered as a case in Cr.No.14 of 2017 by the Station House Officer, Karvetingaram Police Station, Chittoor District, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 324, 323, 506 & 384 read with 34 IPC and investigation is in progress. In view of the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
