Since the parties and the subject suit in both these civil revision petitions are one and the same, they are being heard and disposed of together.

These Civil Revision Petitions, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, are filed by the petitioners/ defendants, aggrieved by the common order, dated 04.04.2019, passed in I.A.Nos.334 and 335 of 2019 in O.S.No.421 of 2015 by the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, whereby, the applications filed by the revision petitioners/ defendants to recall D.W.2 and to receive the documents for making the same through D.W.2, were dismissed. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the revision petitioners/ defendants, learned counsel for the respondent/ plaintiff and perused the record. 4.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that supporting vouchers and documents relating to the Audit reports were not filed before the Court below by the revision petitioners.

Learned counsel for the revision petitioners seek liberty to file vouchers and relevant material papers relating to the Audit reports, etc., along with an application afresh before the Court below and intends to not press the revision petitions.

Under these circumstances, both the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as not pressed granting liberty to the revision petitioners to file application afresh with all enclosures. On filing such application, the Court below is directed to dispose of the said application on merits uninfluenced by the impugned orders.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these Civil Revision Petitions, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
