Gopu Venkataiah, v. State Of Andhra Pradesh, Rep. By District Collector,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR W.P.No.26678 of 2015 ORDER:
Heard.
The petitioners are aggrieved by the inaction of the 4th respondent in considering their application said to have been made under Form-VI-A on 06-04-2015, for issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds. A copy of Form-VI-A application is produced as Ex.P-1, which refers to earlier application of the petitioners for the same purpose. Learned Government Pleader has received instructions from the 3rd respondent, which state that the petitioners have not filed any application in Form VI-A in Mee-Seva seeking issuance of E-pattadar pass books and title deeds. However, if any such application is filed, the same will be examined. Since no receipt is produced by the petitioners with regard to payment of requisite fee in Mee-Seva, it is appropriate to permit the petitioners to make fresh application under Form 6-A of A.P.
Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 read with Rule 18 of A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Rules, 1989, for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds, by paying requisite fee. If any such application is made, the 3rd respondent shall consider the same on its own merits and pass appropriate orders expeditiously.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _______________________ VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR, J Date: 14-09-2015 Prv
