This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/ plaintiff, seeking expeditious disposal of I.A.No.16 of 2019 in O.S. New No.05 of 2019 on the file of Telangana State Waqf Tribunal, Hyderabad. 2 .

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ plaintiff and perused the record.

The learned counsel for the revision petitioner/ plaintiff would contend that I.A.No.16 of 2019 in O.S. New No.05 of 2019 on the file of Telangana State Waqf Tribunal is being adjourned from time to time and it is not being disposed of by the Tribunal.

The subject Interlocutory Application No.16 of 2019 is filed by the revision petitioner/ plaintiff seeking ad-interim injunction directing the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to release the arrears of rent amounting to Rs.35,00,000/ - together with monthly rent @ Rs.1,50,000/ - from 01.04.2017 deposited by tenant/ lessee/ HPCL of Hussaini Mosque leased out land bearing Municipal No.6-2-1 (Old) 6-2-2 (New) situated at Lakdikapul, Hyderabad Deccan, after deducting the annual contribution of 7% over the 50% annual income of Wakf AlalAulad Institution in favour of the revision petitioner and also a direction for regular release of monthly rent during pendency of the suit. The Court below ought to have disposed of the

- 2 - said Interlocutory Application expeditiously. As per the material placed before this Court, the said Interlocutory Application had undergone several adjournments. 5 .

Under these circumstances, the Telangana State Waqf Tribunal, Hyderabad, is directed to dispose of I.A.No.16 of 2019 in O.S. New No.05 of 2019 pending on its file, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of thirty (30) days from the receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand dismissed.
