This Criminal Petition is filed seeking quashment of the Crime No.331 of 2015 on the file of learned I Additional Magistrate of First Class at Huzurabad, registered against the petitioner/Accused for the offence under section 3 (i) (X) SCs & STs (POA) Act, 1989.

Sri T.Dayananda Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri T.V.Ramana Rao, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1/State and Sri B.Venkata Rama Rao, learned counsel for respondent No.2 are present. 03.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner reported that the matter has become infructuous.

In view of the above submission, this Criminal Petition is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
