This civil revision case is filed under Sections 397 & 401 Cr.P.C against the conviction judgment in Criminal Appeal No.228 of 2012 dated 20.11.2012 passed by the IV Additional District & Sessions Judge, (F.T.C.) Tanuku, West Godavari District. Learned Legal Aid Counsel Sri M.K. Ratnam and learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh brings to the notice of this Court that the petitioner/ accused died on 28.07.2013 in Government General Hospital, Kakinada, while undergoing treatment.

Therefore, recording the submission of the learned legal aid counsel and Public Prosecutor, the criminal revision case is dismissed as abated.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand dismissed. No costs.
