ORDER

Challenging the inaction of the 3rd respondent against respondents 4 to 6 on the complaint of the petitioner dated 10.12.2016, the present writ petition is filed. A counter-affidavit is filed on behalf of respondents 1 to 3 stating that the petitioner approached the 3rd respondent on 5.1.2017 and gave the complaint dated 10.12.2016, based on which, a case in Cr.No.03 of 2016 was registered against respondents 4 to 6 by the Station House Officer, III Town Police Station, Nandyal, Kurnool, on 5.1.2017.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
