THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.1242 of 2015 ORDER:

Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:

A perusal of the allegations contained in the FIR shows prima facie case against all the petitioners. Therefore, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. However, considering the submission of the learned counsel for petitioners that some of the petitioners/accused are women, it is thought fit to give an opportunity to petitioners/A.2 to A.9 to surrender before Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kadapa, and seek for regular bail.

Accordingly, while dismissing the petition, the petitioners are directed to surrender before Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kadapa, on or before 12.03-2015 and seek for regular bail and if they do so, the learned Magistrate shall dispose of their bail applications on the same day on merits.
