HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.9710 of 2018 O R D E R :

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in declining to evaluate the answer sheet of the petitioner for the post of Secondary Grade Teacher, Telugu Medium vide notification No.53/2017 on the ground of wrong mentioning of Hall Ticket number in the OMR answer sheet, as totally illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents to evaluate the OMR answer sheet of the petitioner to the aforesaid post with correct Hall Ticket number i.e. 1753104856 instead of 1753005552 and declare the result as per the Judgment of this Court in WP.No.26845 of 2017 and batch dated 30.11.2017.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner who submits that the grievance of the petitioner is pending by way of representations dated 26.02.2018 and 14.03.2018, but the same are not being disposed of.

Heard Sri D.Balakishan Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be direction to the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 26.02.2018 and

14.03.2018, in terms of judgment in WP.No.26845 of 2017 and Batch, dated 30-11-2017 and take action, accordingly, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
