Heard counsel for the petitioners and the Government Pleader for Assignment. At request of Government Pleader, the contempt case was adjourned on 12.04.2016 to this date to enable her to get instructions and also ensure the presence of the 1st respondent. With the leave of the Court, the Government Pleader places on record the affidavit of Sri P.Narasimha Murthy, Superintendent (Tahsildar) ESection, Collector's Office, Visakhapatnam and also Memo bearing Rc. No.3622(A)/2015/E-I, dated 14.04.2016. In view of filing of the affidavit and the Memo dated 14.04.2016, this Court is of the view that there is no need to proceed with the contempt alleged against the respondents. If the respondents fail to fully comply with the orders of this Court in W.P.No.26813 of 2003 as agreed in the affidavit and Memo dated 14.04.2016, liberty is given to petitioners to seek revival of the contempt case.
