Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Sri P Keshav Rao learned standing counsel for respondent GHMC and with their consent, the writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.

2. This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in not taking action on the representations of the petitioners dated 26.6.2015 and 27.6.2015 against unauthorized constructions made by respondents 5 and 6.

3. Petitioner claims that he is the owner and possessor of house bearing R/o H No. 2-3-512/137, Bapunagar, Amberpet, Hyderabad and alleges that respondents 5 and 6 who are his neighbours have encroached into public road and his property and illegally constructed a house consisting ground plus two floors without obtaining any permission as required from GHMC.

Indicating the illegalities committed by respondents 5 and 6 petitioner submitted representations dated 26.6.2015 and 27.6.2015 to respondent authorities and since no action is taken thereon, the present writ petition is instituted.

4. When the matter is taken up, counsels appearing on either side, agreed for disposal of the writ petition with a direction to respondents 2 to 4 to expeditiously dispose of the representations of petitioners.

5. Having regard to the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, writ petition is disposed of directing respondents 2 to 4 to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 26.6.2015 and 27.6.2015 and after affording reasonable opportunity to respondents 5 and 6 pass appropriate orders as warranted under law within a period of four weeks

from the date of receipt of copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner.

No costs. Having regard to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
