Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader. At the time of hearing, it is brought to the notice of the Court that the contemnor through order dated 17.04.2015 has considered and disposed of I.A. No.166 of 2014 in I.A. No.100 of 2014 in O.S. No.228 of 2014. Learned counsel for the petitioner admits that an order is already passed. Having regard to the above development, the cause in the contempt does not survive.
