THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO W.P. NO. 42484 OF 2016 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation on 30th April, 2016. This writ petition is filed alleging non-payment of retirement benefits to him.
When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents-corporation submits, on instructions, that 90% of the gratuity as worked out by the respondentscorporation, provident fund and SBT have already been paid to the petitioner and remaining 10% of the gratuity and leave encashment will be paid to the petitioner within two weeks.
Recording the statement of the learned standing counsel, this writ petition is disposed of. However, it is open to the petitioner to contest the claim on the amounts paid to him, if according to the petitioner, he is entitled to some more amounts than what was actually paid to him. Miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
