Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

The petitioner has filed an appeal before the 2nd respondent under BSO challenging the order dated 25.11.2015 passed by the 4th respondent in Rc.No.Dis.E3/2382/2012 along with stay application. The grievance of the petitioner is that the 2nd respondent is not taking up the stay application or the appeal even though the same has been filed on 16.12.2015.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that the 2nd respondent will decide the appeal filed by the petitioner within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to decide the appeal filed on 16.12.2015 by the petitioner against the proceedings

dated 25.11.2015 passed by the 4th respondent in Rc.No.Dis.E3/2382/2012 within three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and pending disposal of the said appeal, all further proceedings pursuant to the order dated 25.11.2015 passed by the 4th respondent shall be stayed.
