Heard counsel for petitioner and Sri S.Laxmi Narayana Reddy, Standing Counsel for GVMC appearing for respondents.

Petitioners'

grievance is that their representation dt.18.04.2011 addressed to the 1st respondent regarding mutation of petitioners' name in the place of their predecessor in title, has not been considered by the respondents. 3.

The Standing Counsel, Sri S.Laxmi Narayana Reddy, states that the 1st respondent will consider the said representation within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioners' representation dt.18.04.2011 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
