Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint of the petitioner Crime No.113/2019 was registered on 14.06.2019 under Section 507 IPC on the file of Habeebnagar Police Station. Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
