HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. KANTHA RAO W.P.No.28249 of 2015 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to set aside the Memo No.6882/UE.II/2010-I, dated 6.7.2010 issued by the 2nd respondent declaring the same as illegal, arbitrary and against the guidelines of UGC and consequently to declare that the petitioners are entitled to the pay band of Rs.37400-67000 with AGP Rs.9,000/- by directing the respondents to pay the same to the petitioners from the date of their appointment and joining.

Learned counsel on either side conceded that issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by order dated 23.06.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.18255, 18256, 20544, 21883, 21894 and 25907 of 2010.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the said order with the direction that the observations made therein shall be read as part of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
