The learned counsel for the revision petitioner would submit that since the subject suit O.S.No.466 of 2010 on the file of the II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy district, was disposed of, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision, which is filed challenging the judgment and decree dated 20.09.2012 passed in C.M.A.No.29 of 2011 by the I Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy district at L.B.Nagar, wherein the order and decree dated 03.02.2011 passed in I.A.No.778 of 2010 in the subject suit by the II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy district, was challenged.

Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed.
