ORDER:

It is stated that the petitioner, who belongs to Backward Class community, is residing in premises bearing Plot No.158, in Sy.No.89-9B1F, Kakkalapally Village, Anantapur District, since 6 years. Earlier the said Plot was allotted to one Smt. Bhagyalaxmi W/o. Choudappa by the 4th respondent. Subsequently, on the ground that the said Bhagyalaxmi is having Government job, the said patta was cancelled. Thereafter, the petitioner herein occupied the said plot and residing therein since 6

years. When anti-social elements are interfering with her possession on the ground that she does not have patta in her name, the petitioner made a representation dated 26.08.2014 to the 4th respondent requesting to grant patta in her name in respect of the said plot No.158 in Sy.No.89-9B1F of Kakkalapally Village since she is houseless and landless poor woman. As no action has been taken so far, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (A.P) for respondents.

Considering the short relief sought for in the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage, directing the 4th respondent to consider the representation dated 26.08.2014 submitted by the petitioner as per the existing schemes and subject to her eligibility, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of three months from today. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. _____________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J.
