Counsel appearing for respondents is present and represented that the appellants in this case are no more and they died one year back and no steps have been taken to bring the legal representatives of the appellants.

In view of the above submission, this Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
