HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.3606 of 2018 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioner/A.1 seeks to quash the proceedings in FIR No.123/2010 of Ongole II Town PS, Prakasam District, which was registered for the offences under Sections 34, 409 and 477 IPC.

2) Heard both sides.

3) When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Public Prosecutor would submit that in this matter charge sheet was filed by the Investigating Officer on 28.02.2018.

4) In that view of the matter, this Criminal Petition which is filed to quash the FIR No.123/2010 of Ongole II Town PS, Prakasam District, is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is given liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if he is so advised. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
