THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Writ Petition No.20463 of 2010 ORDER :

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the 2nd respondent - Grampanchayat in issuing notice bearing No.BP/03/2010, dated 29-07-2010 relating to the Plot No.60/1, N.F.C. Nagar, Ghatkesar Mandal, Ranaga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary.

2. On 30.01.2015, when the matter was called, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, in spite of the matter being listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter. Even on perusal of the impugned notice dated 29-072010, whereby the 2nd respondent - Grampanchayat directed the petitioner to produce all the relevant documents for the purpose of forwarding the same to the Director/Regional/District Town and Country Planning for technical approval, this Court is of the view that the said

notice is in accordance with law. Hence, I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned notice.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition are closed.
