HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P.No.369 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C., to withdraw O.S.No.162 of 2013 from the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Bhongir, Nalgonda District, and transfer the same to the file of V Additional District Judge, Bhongir, Nalgonda District, to try along with O.S.No.38 of 2013 in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law including filing of similar nature of petition before appropriate forum.

3. Permission as sought for is accorded and the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed. _____________________ T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J 09.07.2015.
