This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to set aside the order dated 16.06.2017 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1735 of 2017 on the file of Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge to try the offences under NDPS Act at Visakhapatnam concerned with Cr.No.13 of of Muvvalavanipalem Police station, Visakhapatnam.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Petition. Permission is accorded.
