HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.4126 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by petitioner seeking to direct respondents Nos.2 to 4 to consider his representation dated 17.12.2016. 2.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that the 5th respondent made constructions upon the road margin blocking access to road side, without obtaining any permission from the municipal authorities and that he made a representation to respondents Nos.2 to 4 on 17.12.2016. But no action has been taken so far.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 4.

Considering the circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:

"Respondents Nos.2 to 4 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.12.2016 and take appropriate action against the unauthorized constructions, if any made by the 5th respondent as alleged by the petitioner."

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
