Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. He submits that he has instructions not to press this civil revision petition and to seek direction to the Court below to dispose of O.P.No.1208 of 2012 within timeframe, since it involves the question of custody of a minor child. The petition is disposed of as not pressed. The Court below shall endeavour to dispose of O.P.No.1208 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt of this order.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
