This writ petition is filed questioning the restoration of M/s.Vaalido Entertainments (P) Limited (U92120TG2012PTC078930), by the 2nd respondent which was dissolved under Section 56(3) of the Companies Act on 26.12.2017 and the failure to consider the representation of the petitioners dt.10.06.2019.

The case of the petitioners is that they have filed WP.No.16495 of 2018 for restoration of their Director Identification Numbers and also seeking voluntary removal of names of Vish Entertainment Private Limited bearing CIN No. U92111TG2005PTC046779 and also Vaalido Entertainments Private Limited bearing CIN No. U92120TG2012PTC078930, from the Register of Companies. Thereafter this Court passed order dated 30.04.2018 in IA.Nos.1 & 2 of 2018 in WP.No.16495 of 2018 staying the proceedings disabling the DIN of the petitioners and further directed the respondents 1 and 2 to restore the DIN numbers of the petitioners pending disposal of writ petition and also restored the CIN numbers of the aforesaid two companies.

The grievance of the petitioners is that the Vaalido Entertainments Private Limited bearing CIN No.

U92120TG2012PTC078930 is dissolved on 26.12.2017, but, the 1st

petitioner while filing WP.No.16495 of 2018, inadvertently, mentioned the details of Vaalido Entertainments Private Limited bearing CIN No. U92120TG2012PTC078930; and that after coming to know about the said mistake he made representation dated 10.06.2019 to the 2nd respondent to record and restore the status of the Vaalido Entertainments Private Limited bearing CIN No.

U92120TG2012PTC078930, as 'dissolution'. As no action is taken by the respondents present writ petition is filed. This Court on 11.10.2018, disposed of WP.No.16495 of 2018 along with batch of similar writ petitions, making the interim orders passed in the said writ petitions as final orders, since the DIN of the petitioners who are Directors in active companies is restored in pursuance of the interim orders passed by this Court. When learned Counsel for the petitioners was pointed out that the respondents have restored the CIN No.

U92120TG2012PTC078930 of Vaalido Entertainments Private Limited by virtue of the aforesaid final orders passed by this Court in WP.No.16495 of 2018, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners will take necessary steps by filing an application in the said writ petition i.e. WP.No.16495 of 2018.

In view of the said submission of learned counsel for the petitioners, recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of

granting liberty to the petitioners to file an application in WP.No.16495 of 2018. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
