THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE ANIS WRIT PETITION Nos. 26013, 26027 & 26140 of 2016 COMMON ORDER: (Per VRS,J) The issues raised in these writ petitions are covered by the final order passed by us on 11.08.2016 in W.P.No.23893 of 2016 and batch.
2. The petitioners herein have also been granted admission to appropriate under-graduate medical courses in the colleges, to which they are eligible for admission. Therefore, in so far as the petitioners are concerned, nothing more remains.
3. Since the Government has also come up with a Circular Memo, dated 08.08.2016, these writ petitions are disposed of, on the same terms as W.P.No.23893 of 2016 and batch, dated 11.08.2016. The admissions of the petitioners shall be regularized, subject, however, to their complying with the requirement of paragraph-4(d) of the Circular Memo, dated 08.08.2016.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petitions shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
