It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 05.02.2019, passed by this Court in WP.No.2110 of 2019, and the same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. In view of the same and for the reasons alike, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the said order. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
