ORDER:- Heard.

2. Petitioner claims that she has been granted DKT Patta No.008010739 for the year 2013 for Ac.1-00 dry land in survey No.302/1D of Koniki Revenue Village. She is stated to have been given pattadar passbook and title deed but her name is not incorporated in the 10(1) Adangal and IB register with a result she could not obtain any loan for cultivation. She made an application on 16.04.2015 before respondent No.3. However, complaining of inaction, the present writ petition is filed.

3. Since the request of the petitioner is limited in incorporating the name of the petitioner in 10(1) Adangal and IB Register in conformity with pattadar passbook and title deed, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.4 to verify petitioner's application and the records and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
