It is brought to the notice of the Court by Sri P.Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, both the parties have compromised the Calendar Case No.543 of 2016 pending on the file of the Court of Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Parkal, Warangal District and nothing survives for adjudication in the matter.

Recording the said submission, the Transfer Criminal Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
