THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1346 of 2017 ORDER:

The present Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/plaintiff seeking a direction for early disposal of Tr.O.P.No.172 of 2016 pending on the file of the Principal District Judge, Chittoor. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the material on record. There is no necessity to put respondents on notice, since this Court is not venturing to adjudicate the case on merits.

It is the case of the petitioner that though transfer application was filed in the month of September, 2016, before the Principal District Judge, Chittoor, seeking transfer of O.S.No.262 of 2005 from the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Punganur, Chittoor District, to any other Court, till date no orders are passed. He further submits that irreparable loss would be caused, if the transfer application is not disposed of at the earliest. Having regard to the circumstances of the case and as the transfer application is filed in the month of September, 2016, the Principal District Judge, Chittoor, is directed to dispose of Tr.O.P.No.172 of 2016, if not already disposed of, in accordance with law, as early as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in this revision, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
