Heard both sides.

This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the inaction of II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad in deciding Interlocutory Application No.229 of 2018 in Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No.19 of 2019 on its file.

The counsel for petitioners contended that the said appeal along with Interlocutory Application had been filed on 26.02.2019, but the same has not been disposed of by the said Court in view of the fact that no officer had been posted at II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad; and the in-charge Court which is IX Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad also has heavy pendency, and is unable to decide it.

In this view of the matter, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No.19 of 2019 pending on the file of II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad is transferred to the Court of the Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad; and the said Court shall decide the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No.19 of 2019 after it is transferred to it, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of such transfer after hearing both sides.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed.
