It is fairly conceded by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Mines and Geology that the issue arising for consideration in this writ petition fell for consideration before this Court in W.P.No.18445 of 2015 and the decision rendered therein would cover this case also. A copy of the order dated 29.06.2015 passed in W.P.No.18445 of 2015 is placed on record.

For reasons alike as were mentioned in the afore-stated order and in terms thereof, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to take appropriate action in the matter in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.2, Revenue (Assignments.I) Department, dated 02.01.2013 and the letter dated 22.03.2010 addressed by the Assistant Director of Mines and Geology, Ongole, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
