The petitioner claims to be the owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.738 cents in Sy.No.383/2 situated at East Kattakindapalle, Mopadu Revenue Village, Pamuru Mandal, Prakasam District. Alleging that without issuing any notice, at the instance of the 5th respondent, the 4th respondent is trying to interfere with her possession, the petitioner filed the present writ petition. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue has received instructions from the 4th respondent, which state that the name of the petitioner was already entered in the revenue records and pattadar pass books and title deeds were also issued in her favour vide Katha No.1333. It is further stated that since the petitioner's name was recorded in the revenue records and pattadar passbooks and title deeds were issued in her favour, the allegation of interference is denied. In view of the above instructions, it is clear that the writ petition is filed merely on apprehension and therefore, no orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. _______________________ VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR, J Date: 12-10-2015
