SMT. JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.15960 of 2013 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.24 of 2013 on the file of Junior Civil Judge, Piduguralla, Guntur District, registered for the offences under Sections and IPC, against the petitioner/accused.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the second respondent, on instructions, reports that the matter has been compromised before the Lok Adalat on 27.09.2014 and therefore, no further orders are required to be passed in the criminal petition. Copy of award is also filed.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
