ORDER

This petition is filed to withdraw the O.P.No.880 of 2014 from the file of Family Court, Ranga Reddy and transfer the same to Senior Civil Judge's Court, Rayachoty, Kadapa District. Petitioner is the wife. According to her affidavit, her marriage was solemnised on 26-09-2004 and due to differences she is living at her parents house from August, 2013. She stated that she filed M.C.No.19 of 2014 before the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Rayachoty and she also lodged F.I.R with police for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 354-A, 498-A IPC and these cases are pending at Rayachoty and husband is attending for these cases. She further stated that it is difficult for her to undertake journey of 400 Kms from Rayachoty to Hyderabad to defend Family Court OP and considering the same, she prayed for transfer of OP from Ranga Reddy to Rayachoty. Respondent inspite of service of notice neither appeared in person nor through any advocate.

Heard arguments.

Considering the reason stated in the affidavit and also considering the convenience of the wife, O.P.No.880 of 2014 is withdrawn from Family Court, Ranga Reddy and transferred to Senior Civil Judge's Court Rayachoty, Kadapa District for disposal in accordance with law.

This petition is allowed accordingly. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
