Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the pleadings are not properly drafted in the Writ Petition and hence, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to institute fresh Writ Petition. Permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. No costs.
