ORAL ORDER:
Petitioner claims that he is owner and possessor of land to an extent of Ac 2.09 cents in Survey No 46 situate at Brahmanapalli Revenue Village Veenavanka Mandal Karimnagar District. According to petitioner, his name was reflected in Revenue Records till 2017, however in the year 2018 his name was deleted. Petitioner alleges that such deletion was made without issuing any notice or opportunity of hearing to him, therefore he filed an application dated 2.2.2018 to the Tahsildar/4th respondent to examine his claim. Alleging inaction in considering said application, this writ petition is filed.
Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue and with their consent the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission. Since petitioner has already submitted application praying to correct the Revenue Records and the said application is pending, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, writ petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar/4th respondent to examine the claim of the petitioner as ventilated in his application dated 2.2.2018 and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law within a period of six weeks by following due procedure and also affording due opportunity to petitioner and any other person who has an interest in the subject property.
