It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the lis in this writ petition is squarely covered by the Common Orders of this Court dated 04.07.2017 in W.P.No.21708 of 2017 & batch and same is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader for Prohibition & Excise.

In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is allowed in terms of the Common Order dated 04.07.2017 in W.P.No.21708 of 2017 & batch.

There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of these writ petitions, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand disposed of.
